Seeds of Hope Silicon Valley's mission is to create a community of permanent homes for chronically, unsheltered homeless neighbors in Silicon Valley. The approach will replicate and adapt the innovative and proven Community First model. Our initial goal is to care for 1,000 people in Silicon Valley.
