Site search is underway for properties in Marin, Santa Clara, and San Mateo Counties. The Wellness Ranch is a bold and scalable response for high-impact on the San Francisco Bay Area region’s homelessness crisis. The Ranch offers essential shelter and both interim and permanent supportive housing, paired with personalized programs that support individuals on their path to stability. Set in a peaceful rural environment, it fosters a supportive community where residents can restore dignity, build vital life skills, and take meaningful steps toward independent living.
A detailed concept has been created, that outlines housing options from emergency shelter to workforce and other low-income affordable housing along with comprehensive and coordinated services to support 200 - 600 individuals, depending on the size of the site.
