The San Francisco/South of Market project could include both affordable and permanent supportive housing and services. There are 4 different development options that range in size from 15 units to 200 units.
Analyzing various development options based on location, city requirements, and funding options. Various federal, state and county/city funding sources will be explored. Will likely be eligible for Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) funding. 9/9/2025 is next LIHTC funding deadline.
