UVA has partnered with Community Land Trust Association of West Marin (CLAM) to develop housing for 14 farm worker families in West Marin. Phase 1 - Transitional housing for 14 farm worker families was completed and occupied in July 2026. UVA provided development consultation, and UVA Alliance members provided architectural and civil engineering services. Phase 2 - UVA is currently evaluating the viability of modular/factory-built options for the development of permanent housing to replace the transitional units, and will provide Development Management Services with UVA Alliance members providing both architectural and civil engineering services.
